About the Role
A Home-Based ESL Tutor conducts online English lessons for non-native speakers. The goal is to improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while building their communication confidence.
Key Responsibilities
⭐ Conduct 1-on-1 or small group online English classes using virtual classroom platforms.
⭐ Follow provided materials to suit individual student goals and learning styles.
⭐ Practice conversational fluency, correct grammar, refine pronunciation, and build vocabulary.
⭐ Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback after sessions, and track progress.
⭐ Maintain a professional, quiet, well-lit home space and ensure punctual, engaging sessions.
Requirements
